Scott came over right away when I called since the ac person I called before never showed. He was quick efficient and a great help.

Scott and his team are a respectful and professional asset to our community and provide superior customer service. We returned after a few days away and learned of several storms that passed through our area, some, we’re told were violent. We had a tremendous power surge that overrode the surge protector that Scott installed on our AC unit and damaged the computer board, among other utilities in our home. Scott talked me through some late evening remedies which partially fixed the AC. Shortly thereafter, Scott was at our home and confirmed the damage. Repairs were promptly made and sound advice on preventing a future occurrence with the installation of a surge protector on our electrical panel. Those residing in the Arizona Valley can appreciate having a dedicated AC team at their fingertips, particularly during our brutal summers. Thank you, again, to Scott and his team. We are fortunate to be connected with all of you.

We called Scott’s AZ Services when our stovetop shorted out, and they were able to send a technician, Andres, out the same day. We’re new owners after a flip on the house, and Andres quickly discovered electrical work that wasn’t up to code and was a major fire hazard. Even though he couldn’t fix it right away, he came back as soon as he could and completed the repairs properly. He made sure everything was safe and up to code. Wow! Phenomenal service. Called at 10 and arrived at 1130 to install a new water heater. Called four places and Scott's beat all the prices. Scott's Az Services were professional and affordable. Excellent communication and work; we have used them to update our electrical system (including installing a new subpanel), replace a worn out A/C unit with an efficient, very quiet mini-split system, install a garbage disposal, and install an outdoor ceiling fan. Very efficient work is performed and all is running smoothly. They are starting on remodeling our bathroom. We highly recommend the company.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

We had an under-foundation leak and needed someone ASAP. Scott was able to get out quickly, assess the situation, and recommend what needed to be done. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an easy decision to go with Scott. He was able to fix the problem without putting a hole in our floor. Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

Scott is wonderful he shows up on time and walks you through all the repairs needed then HE FIXED our "self install" of the Nest system that did not go well. We are now enjoying the ease of use for our Nest and of course we love the air conditioning that the repair has provided. Scott knows what he's doing and works very hard to be your "go-to" electrician which he has become for us.

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home.
